Early Intervention
County agency that, through partnership with the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development & Early Learning, provides services to children ages birth-3 who have or are at risk of having a disability or developmental delay. Services include therapy (speech, occupational, physical), evaluation, service coordination, hearing/vision services, and child development teaching.

JPO
County agency which has specific responsibilities to the Court, the community, the victims of juvenile crime, and to the juvenile offenders and their families to create balanced and restorative plans for juvenile offenders that involve their families, victims, and community and ensure accountability for harms caused and development of valued skills, while also upholding the rights of victims.

CYS
The county public child welfare agency responsible for assuring the safety and well-being of dependent and abused children from birth to age 18 years. CYS investigates all allegations of child abuse and neglect, as mandated by state law, with the goals of providing for the immediate safety and protection of children, keeping children with their own families whenever possible, providing temporary, substitute care for children when necessary, and reuniting children with their families as quickly as possible after placement. CYS also provides a wide range of services to abused and neglected children and their families such as Intake and Evaluation, Child Protective Services, Supervised Independent Living, Family Support Services, Emergency Shelter Care, Kinship Services, Foster Care Service, and Residential Placement.

CASSP
Coordinates services between child-serving systems for children/adolescents by improving the working relationship among public and private agencies for the common goal of improved child caring services. CASSP provides a coordinated, comprehensive, child-centered system for all agencies, schools, and family members to collaborate and to develop a Service Plan to meet the needs of these hard to serve children and adolescents. Referral for CASSP is required by agency staff, school personnel, family members, or concerned persons.
