TMCA’s Steering Committee serves as an advisory committee to TMCA’s Board of Directors charged with overseeing the implementation, operation, regulations and execution of all programming including the development of agreements. The committee membership is through appointment by either Franklin or Fulton County Board of Commissioners. The committee is composed of seven (7) representatives from Franklin County and four (4) from Fulton County. Within the composition, two individuals on the committee must be either a consumer of Medicaid behavioral health services or be a family member of a child/adolescent receiving services. The Committee meets on the second Monday of every month up to eleven (11) meetings per year. Meetings of the Steering Committee are open to the public. View Events.
