Consumer & Family Satisfaction
We Value Our Members’ Opinions!
Tuscarora Managed Care Alliance (TMCA) contracts with the Mental Health Association of Franklin and Fulton (MHAFF) Counties’ Individual/Family Satisfaction Team (I/FST) program to complete satisfaction surveys as required by the Behavioral HealthChoices Agreement. The Mental Health Association employs individuals with lived experience as Satisfaction Team Surveyors. Individuals participating in behavioral health services or family members whose children participate in behavioral health services may be contacted and offered the opportunity to participate in a survey. Participation in the survey is voluntary and confidential. Surveys can be conducted in person or over the phone. Individuals will be asked a series of questions that are intended to assess an individual’s experience with the service they have received.
Annual Reports
On a quarterly basis, Tuscarora Managed Care Alliance receives aggregate data derived from the surveys. TMCA uses the data to improve access, quality and treatment outcomes for individuals in Franklin and Fulton Counties. Annually, TMCA publishes the results of the surveying activities on our website.
